Fundingworks.org provides simple functionality to assist non-profits in their fundraising efforts. The names and email addresses of donors are passed to non-profits to which they have contributed, and will be handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies. fundingworks will not market to users via these addresses unless the user has opt-ed in to receive information from fundingworks, nor will we sell or give these addresses to any third party other than the entity to which the user has donated. If you feel that your information has been mishandled, or that you have been subject to anything you would consider spam by any participating non-profit, please do let us know. We are greatly concerned with ensuring that donors are respectfully treated and experience positive ongoing relationships with the entities they care about.
We may use aggregate anonymized information on donors to help non-profits better raise funds. The only information we will pass back to non-profits referring to specific individuals is publicly viewable information, such as "top sponsors" -for which we provide the option for a user to provide a pseudonym, in which cases only the pseudonym is supplied.
